SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On December 5, 2023, the Company entered into a transition services agreement with Vanguard Supply Chain Solutions ("VSCS"). Inotiv will be partnering with VSCS, one of the Company’s current providers of transportation services, to enable the in-house integration of Inotiv’s North American transportation operations. Through September 30, 2023, the Company included the operating results in our consolidated statement of operations, as VSCS was accounted for as a variable interest entity. The Company is assessing the transition for accounting and tax impacts, which would be included in the quarterly report for quarter ending December 31, 2023.
