This registration statement on Form S-8 is being filed for the purpose of registering the offer and sale of an additional 1,500,000 Common Shares of Inotiv, Inc. (the “Registrant”) which may be issued under the Registrant’s Amended and Restated Inotiv, Inc. 2018 Equity Incentive Plan (f/k/a the Amended and Restated Bioanalytical Systems, Inc. 2018 Equity Incentive Plan).
