16. RELATED-PARTY TRANSACTIONS

The Company entered into a consulting agreement with a shareholder during fiscal 2016. The Company incurred consulting fees and reimbursed travel costs of $31 for the year ended September 30, 2016. The agreement was terminated on good terms on June 1, 2016.
