11. MEDIATION

In the third quarter of fiscal 2015, the Company received $640 in cash through a mediated settlement, net of legal expenses of $20 and $34 for the three and nine months ended June 30, 2015. The settlement fully resolved the Company's dispute with a service provider with whom we no longer do business. This settlement and related legal expenses were recorded under operating expenses on the condensed consolidated statements of operations and comprehensive income (loss).
