On April 8, 2013, Mary Ellen Walker announced her retirement from her position as Vice President—General Manager, Parts, Garments and Accessories for Arctic Cat Inc. (the “Company”), effective May 31, 2013. The Company thanks Ms. Walker for her service to the Company.
