On February 14, 2020, the First National Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per common share, which is payable on March 13, 2020 to shareholders of record as of February 28, 2020.

First National Corporation Announces 22% Increase in Cash Dividend
STRASBURG, Va., February 14, 2020 --- The Board of Directors of First National Corporation (Nasdaq: FXNC) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share on February 12, 2020. This was a 22% increase compared to the quarterly dividend paid on December 13, 2019. The dividend is payable on March 13, 2020 to shareholders of record as of February 28, 2020.
