On October 20, 2022, Giga-tronics Incorporated (the “Company”) received an advance of $300,000 (the “Advance”) from BitNile Holdings, Inc. (“BitNile”). The terms of the Advance, including the repayment date and interest rate(s) and other potential terms, as applicable, are to be determined by the parties at a future date.
