(b) On March 18, 2014, Gary Small, Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Banking Officer of S&T Bancorp, Inc. (“S&T”), resigned from his position with S&T in order to pursue another employment opportunity as Chief Executive Officer within the financial services industry. Mr. Small’s decision was not based on any disagreement with S&T’s practices or policies.
