Item 1.01 - Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

On November 5, 2020, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Apyx Medical Corporation approved an increase in the annual cash compensation to be paid to the Chair of the Regulatory Compliance Committee of the Board from $10,000 per annum to $20,000 per annum. The increase in the annual cash compensation to be paid to the Chair of the Regulatory Compliance Committee of the Board is effective retroactive to July 1, 2020.
