During the three months ended March 31, 2017 and April 1, 2016, the Company made cash contributions of approximately $467,000 and $419,000, respectively, to its Swiss pension plan and the Company is not required to make additional cash contributions during the remainder of 2017. The Company is not required to and does not make contributions to its Japan pension plan.
