Item 7.01                      Regulation FD Disclosure
 
 
The Company held a conference call (the “Conference Call”) today at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time, to discuss the Company’s fiscal 2010 operating results.   During the Conference Call, Todd Weyhrich, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, noted that the Company’s fiscal 2010 full year gross margin rate was slightly better than expected.  However, the Company expects its fiscal 2011 full year gross margin rate to be consistent with its historical full year gross margin rates for previous years.  The Company notes that its gross margin rates fluctuate between quarters as a result of the Company’s operational needs.
