On May 28, 2012, David B. Lopez notified Shuffle Master, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Company, as an employee, as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Lopez's resignation was effective June 1, 2012.
