Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On May 29, 2008, Shuffle Master, Inc. (NASDAQ National Market: SHFL) (the “Company”) announced that James L. Nelson, a member of its Board of Directors, has resigned from the Board effective May 23, 2008. His resignation was not due to any disagreement about the Company’s operations, policies, or practices, nor with any of the Company’s financial statements.
