Item 8.01 Other Events

On September 8, and September 11, 2006, respectively, Shuffle Master, Inc. (NASDAQ National Market: SHFL) (either the “Company,” “we” or “our”) filed a corrected press release and an amended Form 10-Q, which included certain changes to the Supplemental Data and Management’s Discussion and Analysis. These changes had no impact on the previously reported condensed consolidated financial statements.
