On April 10, 2006, Shuffle Master, Inc. (NASDAQ National Market: SHFL) (the “Company”) issued a press release, included herein as Exhibit 99.1, reporting that the Company entered into a gaming technology alliance with Melco International Development Limited (HKSE: 200 HK) for a term of twenty years to develop localized gaming technologies for legalized gaming jurisdictions in Asia.
