On December 31, 2008, Shuffle Master, Inc.(NASDAQ Global Select Market: SHFL) (either the “Company,” “we” or “our”) announced that Brooke Dunn, Senior Vice President, has ceased his full time employment with the Company, effective December 31, 2008.  Mr. Dunn will remain available to the Company as a part-time employee for a period of time.
