On May 27, 2008, Sue Castellon Lusk tendered herresignation as a member of the Board of Directors of Foldera, Inc. (the “Company”) effective immediately. Ms. Lusk’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company concerning any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
