Subsequent Event	Note 13 — Subsequent Event On October 2,2017, we completed the acquisition of Structil SA (“Structil”). This acquisition further enhances our technology portfolio with new adhesive, prepreg and pultrusion technologies. Revenues and earnings from Structil will be consolidated into our results from the beginning of the fourth quarter.
