Other Income and Other Expense Disclosure	OTHER Severance Costs We recognized severance costs of $2.7 million in the second quarter of 2013 and $7.7 million in the first six months of 2013. These costs are recorded in “Selling, general and administrative costs” in our Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations. As of June 30, 2013, we had a severance liability of approximately $13.2 million included in “Accrued expenses and other” in our Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets. Accelerated Depreciation In the first quarter of 2012, we recorded a $6.7 million charge for accelerated depreciation for certain assets at the Worcester Telegram & Gazette’s (the “T&G”) facility in Millbury, Mass., associated with the consolidation of most of the T&G’s printing into The Boston Globe’s (the “Globe”) facility in Boston, which was completed early in the second quarter of 2012.

Severance Costs
