Organization, Consolidation and Presentation of Financial Statements [Abstract]
Fiscal Period Policy	The fiscal periods included herein comprise 13 weeks for the third-quarter periods and 39 weeks for the nine-month periods.
Comparability of Prior Year Financial Data Policy	For comparability, certain prior-year amounts have been reclassified to conform with the 2012 presentation, specifically reclassifications related to discontinued operations (see Note 11).
Goodwill Policy	Our policy is to perform our annual goodwill impairment test in the fourth quarter of our fiscal year.

Disclosure of accounting policy for determining an entity's fiscal year or other fiscal period. This disclosure may include identification of the fiscal period end-date, the length of the fiscal period, any reporting period lag between the entity and its subsidiaries, or equity investees.
