Cincinnati Bell Announces Offering of $500 Million Senior Notes

CINCINNATI—October 7, 2010—Cincinnati Bell Inc. (NYSE: CBB) today announced that it intends to publicly offer $500 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2020. The offering and sale of the notes will be made pursuant to an automatic shelf registration statement on Form S-3 previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). The company intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes to repay outstanding borrowings under its senior credit facilities and to pay related fees and expenses.

Barclays Capital Inc. will act as the Lead Bookrunning Manager for the senior notes offering. The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus supplement and the accompanying base prospectus, copies of which may be obtained on the SEC’s website at www.sec.gov or by contacting Barclays Capital Inc., c/o Broadridge Financial Solutions, 1155 Long Island Avenue, Edgewood, NY 11717, by email at barclaysprospectus@broadridge.com, or by telephone at (888) 603-5847.
