Item 8.01 Other Events.

On April 1, 2015, Cincinnati Bell Inc., an Ohio corporation (the “Company”), completed the previously announced sale of its leases to certain wireless towers and related equipment and other assets pursuant to the terms of the Network Asset Purchase Agreement dated April 6, 2014 (the “Network Asset Purchase Agreement”).
