On April 6, 2023, Daniel G. Stoddard provided notice of his intent to retire effective August 1, 2023 and transition from his role as Senior Vice President, Chief Nuclear Officer, and President – Contracted Assets of Dominion Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) and its subsidiaries, effective July 1, 2023. Succeeding Mr. Stoddard as Chief Nuclear Officer will be Eric S. Carr, who will join the Company as President – Nuclear Operations on June 5 and assume the Chief Nuclear Officer title on July 1. Mr. Stoddard will remain with the Company in support of the transition and as President – Contracted Assets until his retirement.
