On November 9, 2010, Dominion Resources, Inc. (the “Company” or “Dominion”) announced that, effective January 1, 2011, James F. Stutts will retire as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Dominion.  Subject to approval by the Company’s Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2011, Robert M. Blue will be elected as Senior Vice President – Law, Public Policy & Environment and Carter M. Reid will be elected as General Counsel and Vice President – Governance and Corporate Secretary of Dominion.
