Supplemental Cash Flow Information	NOTE 9 – SUPPLEMENTAL CASH FLOW INFORMATION Cash payments for interest amounted to $0.3 million and $0.8 million for the three month periods ended March 31, 2013, and April 1, 2012, respectively. Income tax payments amounted to $1.6 million and $3.0 million for the three month periods ended March 31, 2013, and April 1, 2012, respectively.

Noncash is defined as information about all investing and financing activities of an enterprise during a period that affect recognized assets or liabilities but that do not result in cash receipts or cash payments in the period.
