As more fully described in the attached press release as of July 24, 2014, the Board of Directors of ACNB Corporation declared the regular quarterly cash dividend for the Third Quarter of 2014 on July 22, 2014. The cash dividend of $0.19 per share is payable on September 15, 2014, to shareholders of record on August 29, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. The information furnished under this Item 8.01 of this Current Report on Form 8-K shall not be deemed to be filed for purposes of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

ACNB CORPORATION DECLARES
THIRD QUARTER CASH DIVIDEND
GETTYSBURG, PA, July 24The Board of Directors of ACNB Corporation recently approved the issuance of the regular quarterly cash dividend. The cash dividend of $0.19 per share is payable on September 15, 2014, to shareholders of record on August 29, 2014.
With this third quarter dividend, the regular quarterly cash dividends paid to shareholders for the first nine months of 2014 will total $0.57 per share. This per share amount will result in aggregate dividend payments of more than $3.4 million to ACNB Corporation shareholders for the first three quarters of 2014. In comparison to a year ago, ACNB Corporation also paid a $0.19 dividend per share in the third quarter of 2013.
ACNB Corporation, headquartered in Gettysburg, PA, is the financial holding company for the wholly-owned subsidiaries of ACNB Bank, Gettysburg, PA, and Russell Insurance Group, Inc., Westminster, MD.
