NOTE 4 – FAIR VALUE OF FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS

Financial Accounting Standards Board Accounting Standards Codification Topic 825, “Financial Instruments”, requires disclosure of fair value information about financial instruments, when it is practicable to estimate that value. At March 31, 2014, the carrying amounts of other assets and liabilities reported on the balance sheets that require such disclosure approximated their fair value due to the short-term maturity of these instruments.
