Note 11 – Subsequent Events

On April 28, 2015, NU Telecom’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend on our common stock of $0.085 per share, payable on June 15, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 8, 2015.

We have evaluated and disclosed subsequent events through the filing date of this Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q.
