Note 7 – Guarantees

On September 30, 2011, Fibercomm, LC refinanced two existing loans with American State Bank with a new ten-year loan, maturing on September 30, 2021. As of March 31, 2012, we have recorded a liability of $324,473 in connection with the guarantee on this new loan. This guarantee may be exercised if FiberComm, LC does not make its required payments on this note.
