Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors: Appointment of Certain Officers; compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 19, 2019, Renasant Corporation (“Renasant”) and its Executive Chairman E. Robinson McGraw entered into an amendment to Mr. McGraw's employment agreement. The amendment provides that Mr. McGraw's employment agreement will expire on May 1, 2022, rather than be subject to annual renewal on May 1 of each year.
