Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On September 17, 2008, Lipid Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an amended and restated employment agreement with Jo-Ann Maltais, Ph.D., Vice President of Scientific Affairs.  The amended and restated agreement increases her severance period from four months to nine months.
