RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	The Company’s corporate office is located in Fort Worth, Texas. During the first quarter of 2012 the space was leased by HEB and the Company reimbursed HEB for the cost of the space. In the second quarter of 2012 the Company signed its own lease for approximately 1150 square feet of rentable area. The lease, which expires in November 2013, requires base rent payment of $2,065 per month. During the first quarter of 2012 the Company reimbursed HEB for the cost of accounting and administrative services provided to the Company by employees of HEB. Additionally, the Company paid HEB for the actual costs of health benefits provided to Company employees through HEB. In the second quarter of 2012 the Company transitioned to its own health care plan and contracted its own accounting and administrative staff.
