NOTE TO SHAREHOLDERS

The Bowser Report enclosed states in footnote (B) to the table that Chad’s 2002 net income included over $90,000 from an income tax refund. Please note that the actual amount of the tax benefit recorded in our 2002 net income was approximately $990,000. The text of the Bowser report correctly observes that over $900,000 of fiscal 2002 earnings are attributable to the tax benefit.
