(d) On February 11, 2010, Farmers Capital Bank Corporation announced the appointment of David R. O’Bryan, CPA to its Board of Directors. The appointment of Mr. O’Bryan fills the vacant director position that resulted from the resignation of G. Anthony Busseni on January 25, 2010. The term of Mr. O’Bryan’s appointment ends in May, 2011.
