(b) On January 4, 2010 Dr. Donald J. Mullineaux notified Farmers Capital Bank Corporation (the “Company”) that he is resigning as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors effective January 1, 2010. Dr. Mullineaux has recently been elected as an independent director to the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (“FHLB”).
