("Farmers Bank"), a wholly owned bank subsidiary, opened a branch bank office at 333 West Vine Street in Lexington, Kentucky on October 1, 2004. A second branch bank office is expected to open in South Lexington, on Harrodsburg Road, in the first quarter of 2005. The main office for Farmers Bank is located in Georgetown, Kentucky and had total deposits of $131,000,000 at June 30, 2004.
