(b) Depature of Directors or Certain Officers
On July 27, 2009 Flow International Corporation (the “Company”) announced that in connection with its ongoing cost reduction efforts it has eliminated the position of Executive Vice President and General Manager, and that Jeffrey L. Hohman, who is serving in that position, would be leaving the Company effective as of July 27, 2009.
