First Commonwealth Financial Corporation’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on April 28, 2020 at the Rustic Lodge, 2199 Oakland Avenue, Indiana, Pennsylvania 15701, on Tuesday, April 28, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
