Corporation’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on April 25, 2017 at
First Commonwealth Place, 654 Philadelphia Street, Indiana, Pennsylvania 15701, at
2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below.
