| Item 7.01 | Regulation FD Disclosure |
On September 10, 2020, the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and various other members of the Corporation’s leadership team will be conducting one-on-one meetings with a number of investors and potential investors. The meeting materials, which include, among other things, selective balance sheet and income statement information through June 30, 2020 and the status of loan forbearance agreements related to COVID-19 as of September 4, 2020, are attached as Exhibit 99.1.
