, First Commonwealth Bank was considered well capitalized under the regulatory framework for prompt corrective action as in effect on that date. To be considered well capitalized under the rules in effect through December 31, 2014, the bank must maintain minimum Total risk-based capital, Tier I risk-based capital and Tier I leverage ratios as set forth in the table below:
