SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS At quarter end, the Corporation was informed of a potential fraud related to one of its borrowers. As of June 30, 2023, the Corporation's borrower had an outstanding loan balance of $15.9 million, which was in non-accrual status. The Corporation is evaluating its collateral position and is unable to determine the extent of loss of principal and interest at this time.
