On May 13, 2020, First Merchants Corporation issued a press release announcing the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.26 per share. The cash dividend is payable on June 19, 2020 to stockholders of record as of June 5, 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

First Merchants Corporation declared a cash dividend on May 13, 2020 of $0.26 per share. The dividend is payable on June 19, 2020, to shareholders of record as of June 5, 2020. For purposes of broker trading, the ex-date of the cash dividend is June 3, 2020.
