Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 16, 2009, ACCO Brands Corporation (the “Company”) had announced salary reductions for all of its U.S.-based salaried and hourly employees.  The Company has reinstated full pay for all of these employees.  As part of the salary reinstatement and effective with the payroll period commencing June 29, 2009, the base salaries for each of the Company’s executive officers will return to their respective annualized 2008 base salary levels as were in effect prior to temporary reductions imposed in the fourth quarter of 2008.
