On October 4, 2016, Henry F. Brown, Jr. announced his retirement as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Colony Bankcorp, Inc. (the “Company”) and Colony Bank (the “Bank”) effective immediately. Mr. Brown has advised us that his retirement was not due to any disagreement with the Company.
