On July 11, 2005, the Organization and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors approved an increase in salary for Gregory A. Fryling, President and Chief Operating Officer of CooperVision, Inc., raising his annual compensation to $360,000 from $325,000, effective June 1, 2005.
