Cash distributions per limited partnership unit were calculated based upon the weighted average number of units outstanding for each quarter and were paid from operations. Distributions declared in January 2015 for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 amounted to $19.59 per limited partnership unit and were paid in February 2015.
