DISTRIBUTIONS	NOTE 5 - DISTRIBUTIONS Total cash distributions declared and paid in February, May and August 2012 were $154,248, $151,370 and $169,855, respectively. On October 25, 2012, a distribution to the limited partners of $167,972, or approximately $19.19 per limited partnership unit, was approved. Such distribution was paid on November 5, 2012. The General Partner also received a distribution of $1,697 with respect to its 1% partnership interest in November 2012.

NOTE 5 - DISTRIBUTIONS
