Touchstone Dynamic Allocation Fund

DEAR SHAREHOLDER,

The Special Meeting of Shareholders of the Touchstone Dynamic Allocation Fund (the "Fund") has been adjourned to November 20, 2023.

I am pleased to report that we are moving closer to passing the proposal to reorganize your Fund into the Touchstone Dynamic International ETF. We are less than 6% from meeting the vote requirement. As of the date of this letter, we have not received your vote.

The Touchstone Board of Trustees recommends shareholders vote FOR the reorganization proposal.
