Touchstone Dynamic Allocation Fund

The Special Meeting of Shareholders of the Touchstone Dynamic Allocation Fund (the "Fund") has been adjourned to October 2, 2023 at 3:30pm Eastern time.

As of the date of this letter, we have not received your vote. Many of your fellow shareholders have voted in support of the plan to reorganize your Fund into the Touchstone Dynamic International ETF. After careful consideration, your Touchstone Board of Trustees recommends shareholders vote FOR the reorganization proposal.
